 With your permission, we do letting of the property when not in use.

We monitor the electricity reading and inform the owner when electricity needs to be purchased. We purchase and put in electricity on the owner’s behalf.

  All household repairs and maintenance work is carried out by ourselves, should they lie within our area of expertise, or by reputable contractors who are called in and supervised by us.
